Responsibilities:
--- Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
--- Conduct thorough case investigations to determine liability and damages.
--- Handle settlement negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
--- Draft petitions, discovery, and motions.
--- Deposition preparation and taking of depositions, including clients, fact witnesses, and experts.
--- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials.
--- Handle trial preparation and trials.
--- Provide exceptional client service and communication, keeping clients informed at all stages of their case.
