Engineering Manager leads the engineering team. This pivotal role is essential for ensuring the efficient design, implementation, and maintenance of production systems.





REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.

5 years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is required.

Prior engineering experience within a manufacturing setting is required.





Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

Metal Industry

Previous experience in supervision or management is preferred.

Experience with budget management and P&L responsibility is preferred.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment is preferred.

Lead Continuous Improvement: Utilize kaizen principles to spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on efficiency and cost reduction.

Develop New Technology: Research and develop new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Participate in New Product Launches: Provide support during new product launches by assisting with staffing, equipment, and process flow.
